High speed
TRICAS has developed various pucks. Since the used endproducts are very small and therefor difficult to handle at high speed, a puck is developed so that the machine can pick up or orientate the endproduct more easily.
The products are fully compliant for a high speed assembly process (>300 pcs/minute). To achieve this, the geometry must be manufactured very accurately.

Both 3D printing (or Additive Manufacturing) and Injection Moulding could be used to produce these pucks in a very short lead time.
