Injection moulding process
The Mixxion MF static mixers, mix-filters and filters are produced by means of Laser Cusing (metal 3D printing) and are used for optimizing the injection moulding process.
The mixing principle is based on a patented complex system of channels, compression and decompression as well as rotational forces results in a homogeneous melt. At the mix-filter a traditional filter principle is combined with a mixing device as described before. Because of this, the mix-filter has excellent mixing properties.
