Back Together with Alliander Research Center for Digital Technologies, the TRICAS innovation team conducted research to simplify and increase the effectiveness of the work of technicians during the energy transition.
It was an inspiring process, where we observed technicians on-site to identify their main challenges. These learnings were used during our ideation sessions, where we explored how to make the work of our beloved technicians even more efficient. This resulted in a series of concepts based on either the introduction of new technologies, new tools, or a new way of working.
